Loan Processor- Sioux Falls (Full Time)

Manage loan document completion and retention while accurately processing loan payoffs according to Bank procedure. Process time-sensitive disclosures per Federal banking regulations and review documents for accuracy. Work with external vendors to initiate appraisals, valuations, and title transactions, and process incoming fees to ensure optimal cash flow. Communicate professionally with internal and external clients to resolve issues and provide guidance on repayment parameters. Maintain knowledge of lending processes, credit reporting functions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance. Respond to general and specialized requests while adhering to phone etiquette policies and bank procedures.
