Job Summary
Review loan applications and supporting documents, verifying applicant information and documentation while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with underwriters and creditors to ensure timely processing, and communicate with customers to request additional information as needed. Research lender policies and workshopping scenarios with business development managers to actively find solutions for clients, including multi-property and self-employed accounts. Handle the entire lending process from information gathering through settlement. Requires 4+ years of experience as a processor for an Australia-based mortgage broker, with proficiency in reading payslips, tax returns, and financials.
