Loan Processor II needed to support Mortgage Brokers and Loan Originators by prioritizing and processing mortgage loan applications (1003), running AUS (DU/DO, LPA S2S, GUS), gathering documentation, entering data, coordinating with appraisers and title companies, ensuring accurate Final Closing Disclosure data, and executing closing checklists. Responsibilities include generating LO-facing disclosures, distributing reports, participating in process-improvement projects, and delivering warm, memorable service. Requires 2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience, strong customer service, multitasking, and detail orientation; wholesale and TPO experience a plus. Hybrid or remote role with REMAX/Motto Mortgage affiliation, based in or around Denver, CO; compensation includes base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.
