Job Summary
Collect, coordinate, and upload loan documentation to facilitate closings while ensuring timely disclosures and clearing approval conditions. Manage data entry, loan servicing, and property coordination, including ordering title commitments, flood insurance, and appraisals. Generate loan documents, read legal descriptions, and resolve exceptions with loan officers and borrowers. Handle daily customer interactions, answer calls, receipt payments, and disburse funds. Maintain accuracy in all operations to support seamless processing for the Country Living segment.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 + years customer service or office experience
- Mortgage, loan or title experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities
