Loan Processor & Claim Specialist

Job Summary
Fund all dealer contracts accurately and expediently while maintaining respectful communication with loan officers and dealers regarding fund delays. Process and track TruStage claims, cancellations, and correspondence, including State National reports, postings, and loan corrections. Act as a mediator for CPI and TruStage inquiries and process credit disputes and updates in the e-OSCAR site. Make corrections in the core system and relay information to employees or members. Stay current on Kansas title laws and ensure CUA's lien is secured on all collateral in or out of state. Follow BSA/AML Compliance Program requirements and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- One year to three years of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- Good communication skills
- Excellent clerical and keyboard skills
- Advanced organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge with an emphasis on Excel
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- BSA/AML Compliance Program knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of State National reports, postings, and loan corrections
- Knowledge of Route 66, Skip pays, Eltropy/Glia, and loan funding
- Knowledge of Kansas title laws
- Knowledge of the process of getting CUA's lien secured on all collateral in or out of state
- Experience with TruStage claims, cancellations, and correspondence
- Experience with e-OSCAR site
- Experience with CPI
- Experience with core systems
- Experience with CUA employees and members inquiries
