Job Summary
Call interested clients to discuss loan needs, provide product details, and assist with completing applications over the phone. Verify client information, collect required documents, and maintain organized records of all interactions. Act as the primary liaison between applicants and the Credit Decision Team, submitting documentation promptly and communicating clarification requests. Provide timely updates on application status and address client inquiries professionally to ensure a smooth approval process. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly within a fast-paced environment.
