Job Summary
Examine loan applications and source documents for data accuracy and completeness, then identify missing information to request from lenders. Prepare loan, security, and compliance documents and related correspondence using the Laser Pro automated system and Word, delivering complete packages to lenders via email or DocuSign within established time frames. Utilize image systems and collateral folders to obtain additional information needed for preparation. Perform additional duties as assigned while adhering to application, legal, compliance, and bank policy requirements for commercial or consumer loans.
Required Qualifications
- Junior college/two years college training -OR- equivalent job related experience
- At least 1 year experience in commercial OR consumer collateral, security, and lien perfection requirements for one or more of the bank's market areas
- At least 1 year experience in loan compliance regulations
- Time management principles to prioritize workload
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills

- Ability to use sound judgment
