Job Summary
Responsible for supporting Mortgage Loan Originators and/or the Branch Manager, ensuring an exceptional borrower and realtor experience. The Loan Partner II takes full ownership of the loan process from initial contact through contract, reviewing borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy, organizing documentation for efficient underwriting review, and managing communication with borrowers and real estate agents. Must have at least 3 years of mortgage industry experience and a high school diploma. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
