Job Summary
The Loan Partner II will support Mortgage Loan Originators and/or the Branch Manager in the loan process, ensuring speed, accuracy, and communication from initial contact through contract execution. Responsibilities include reviewing borrower documentation, managing the loan pipeline, providing proactive updates to borrowers, coordinating with processing departments, and preparing files for qualification. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of mortgage industry experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
