Job Summary
Loan Partner I to support a Mortgage Loan Originator/Branch Manager. Responsibilities include managing the calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments, leading-tracker duties (calling leads, updating tracker, and logging referrals), data-base management (monthly loan closures, CRM communications), and organizing the Team Leader’s workspace. Also responsible for preparing borrower guidance (what to bring, directions, confirmation emails), printing and organizing credit information for appointments, and coordinating routine outreach (weekly calls, Friday emails). Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Location: Lakeland, FL, on-site at the branch. Equal opportunity employer; E-Verify participation.
