Job Summary
The Loan Partner position offers an entry-level opportunity in the mortgage industry, supporting a sales team to retain purchase customers. Responsibilities include communicating with customers, collecting and analyzing documents for pre-approval, and working with the operations team to ensure seamless processing. Successful candidates will work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain compliance with industry regulations. A two-year college degree or equivalent is preferred, alongside the requirement to obtain state licensure.
