Job Summary
Process loan documents after disbursement by imaging files, uploading loans into the core system, and recording liens on collateral. Review documents for accuracy, post transactions to accounts, and handle maintenance requests. Clear documentation exceptions, track collateral insurance, and process paid-out loans including releasing collateral as needed. Assist internal and external customers while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the post-closing operations team, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing for disbursed loans.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
