Job Summary
Lead Loan Operations activities across boarding and servicing, train and mentor staff, draft and maintain procedures and training materials to ensure onboarding and consistency, organize and maintain legal and collateral files, provide customer support and issue resolution for internal stakeholders, direct day-to-day workflows, drive continuous improvement, and uphold data integrity and compliance within loan servicing (FIS IBS). This senior-associate level role requires strong loan servicing knowledge, troubleshooting, prioritization, and coaching abilities, with on-site responsibilities in Novato, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of related experience in loan servicing/processing/operations; senior-associate level experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience training others (servicing center and/or branch environment)
- 1+ year experience writing procedures and training documentation
- 1+ year experience with legal and collateral file organization
- Loan servicing experience required
- Education: Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
