Job Summary
Prepare complex loan documentation for assigned commercial loans, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance; manage boarding accuracy of loans and maintenance of the Loan Accounting System; assemble and verify loan documents, transactions, and billings; monitor incomplete/pending documentation; assist with HMDA and FHLB data capture; support Credit Administration and Loan Operations Manager on special projects to drive portfolio growth; align with ACCESSbank core values and contribute to local community-focused service at Midtown Omaha location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (desired)
- 3-5+ years experience in preparing loan documentation and credit instruments
- In-depth knowledge of financial institution products, services, applicable laws and regulations, and credit instruments
- Extensive knowledge of commercial lending policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized; able to manage multiple priorities and produce results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency with computer typing
- Ability to collaborate across departments and support portfolio growth
