Loan Operations Specialist I

Ensure accurate documentation, closing, booking, servicing, and imaging for various loan types originated by the Bank. Coordinate loan closings by communicating with customers, attorneys, and appraisers to manage details while collaborating with lending officers to monitor assigned accounts for delinquencies. Independently create documentation for small commercial, real estate, and consumer loans, handle lien recordation, and review title commitments and surveys. Safeguard original promissory notes and collateral, track outstanding documentation exceptions and critical dates, and control loan system coding. Assist in accounting reconciliation processes and ensure all work complies with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
