Job Summary
Track and file required documents while safeguarding loan files. Perform loan maintenance on core and auxiliary software systems, then process loan transactions including payments, payoffs, and reversals. Handle exception items such as un-posted and out-of-balance transactions. Conduct quality control reviews on all systems and review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly loan reports. Perform loan compliance reviews to meet customer service level agreements with branches. Requires high school diploma, 6–12 months general banking experience, and strong attention to detail. Work is performed indoors with occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
