Job Summary
Track and file required documents while safeguarding loan files, and perform loan maintenance on core and auxiliary software systems. Process loan transactions including payments, payoffs, and reversals, then handle exception items such as un-posted and out-of-balance transactions. Conduct quality control reviews on all systems and review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly loan reports alongside compliance reviews. Meet customer service level agreements to the branches. Requires high school diploma, six to twelve months general banking experience, and strong attention to detail. Typically performed indoors with occasional standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.
