Job Summary
Conduct loan servicing duties including scanning documents, filing, processing payoffs, perfecting lien documents, and managing escrow calculations. Handle payment postings, credit bureau disputes, investor loan reporting, and billing while addressing bankruptcy issues. Provide high-level customer service for internal and external clients, report progress and collection items to bank personnel, and manage notifications. Work occasionally more than 40 hours per week in an office setting with potential lifting up to 30 lbs. ANBTX encourages fluent English and Spanish speakers to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- General knowledge of various loan documentation, banking, bankruptcy or insurance servicing
- Ability to handle complex and difficult customer problems
- Ability to develop customer relationships
- Ability to apply bank's policies and procedures and other guidelines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
- Basic keyboarding and calculator skills
- Ability to do simple math
- Ability to carry out written instructions
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs in an office setting
- Fluency in English and Spanish
