Job Summary
Provide high quality loan servicing support to bank staff and customers, including handling multi-channel inquiries, CRM ticket workflow, OnBase tasks, processing loan payments and payoffs, boarding and servicing straightforward loans, maintaining escrow accounts, handling AFTs/EFTs, renewals on lines of credit, collateral tracking, lien discharges, and related daily/weekly/monthly reporting; requires strong attention to detail, customer-focused service, and ability to work within SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of banking financial and ancillary systems
- Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
