Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive training to prepare for SAFE and National Licensing exams while developing expertise across the entire loan life cycle, including mortgages and HELOCS. Identify and pursue sales opportunities effectively using provided leads, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets through phone presentations. Apply basic financial concepts and mortgage product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Maintain high ethical standards, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to industry changes and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals
- Must be able to commute to Scottsdale, AZ full-time
- Must have the ability to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage requirements for obtaining state and national licenses
- Demonstrated ability to effectively connect with clients through phone presentations and cultivate strong client relationships
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
