Job Summary
ACES Lending Officer Training Program offering comprehensive training to ace the SAFE and National Licensing exams, covering mortgages and HELOCs, with mentorship from experienced training and sales leadership. Responsibilities include learning the full loan life cycle, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, applying basic financial concepts to mortgage products, adapting to industry changes, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, upholding high ethical standards, leveraging software for loan processing and customer management, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Location is Irvine, CA; full-time. Base pay during training is $16.90/hour with a monthly per origination bonus incentive once licensed and talking to customers; post-training, transition to Licensed Lending Officer with a revised compensation structure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals is REQUIRED
- Call center sales experience is highly preferred
- Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA full-time
- Must have the ability to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage requirements for obtaining state and national licenses
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
