Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive training covering the entire loan life cycle, including mortgages and HELOCs, while collaborating with sales leadership to prepare for SAFE and National Licensing exams. Identify and pursue sales opportunities using provided leads to meet and exceed targets, demonstrating financial acumen and ethical standards in all interactions. Utilize technology for loan processing and customer management, delivering exceptional service through phone presentations to build strong client relationships. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality while adapting to industry changes and company policies in a fast-paced environment. Commute to Irvine, CA full-time, with a base hourly rate of $15.00 during training and a transition path to a licensed position with a bonus structure based on fundings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals
- Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA full-time
- Must have the ability to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage requirements for obtaining state and national licenses
- Demonstrated ability to effectively connect with clients through phone presentations and cultivate strong client relationships
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
