Job Summary
Launch through a comprehensive ACES Lending Officer training program to master the loan lifecycle for mortgages and HELOCs; develop sales aptitude, customer-focused service, and technical proficiency with loan processing software; aim to pass SAFE and NMLS exams and obtain licenses; leverage company-provided leads and a structured training-to-licensed role path to drive customer relationships and loan production; strong emphasis on ethics, learning adaptability, and performance-driven sales in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals (call center sales highly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA full-time
- Must be able to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage requirements for obtaining state and national licenses
- Demonstrated ability to connect with clients via phone presentations and cultivate client relationships
- Reliable with attendance and punctuality; coaching mindset
