Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive training to prepare for SAFE and National Licensing exams while developing expertise across the entire loan life cycle. Identify and pursue sales opportunities effectively using provided leads, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process via phone presentations, maintaining high ethical standards and adapting to industry changes. Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment while utilizing software for loan processing and customer management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding goals
- Must be able to commute to Chandler, AZ full-time
- Must have the ability to pass the NMLS exam
- Must meet mortgage requirements for obtaining state and national licenses
- Demonstrated ability to effectively connect with clients through phone presentations
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong client relationships
