Loan Officer Trainee

Job Summary
Review and analyze loan applications, credit reports, income, and asset documentation to render credit decisions in compliance with investor guidelines. Refer loan requests with recommendations to underwriters, clear conditions on approved loans, and communicate approval or denial reasons to appropriate parties. Assist Loan Officers by completing service orders, preparing internal items, and collecting payments during high-volume periods. Dedicate time to studying MLO Exam materials, completing practice tests, and passing the MLO Exam to qualify for promotion to Loan Officer. Apply for licenses as directed and meet individual, team, and department objectives.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
