Job Summary
Originate consumer loans including auto, credit cards, personal, and consolidation products via telephone, chat, text, and email while building relationships with members. Conduct high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets in a commissioned-based role with rotating Saturdays and weekly availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years direct to consumer sales experience, to include a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum of 6 months' experience with analyzing credit reports
- Is comfortable with commissioned-based roles with aggressive sales targets
- Strong understanding of consumer loan products (auto, recreational, consolidation, personal, credit cards) and services
- Has a teamwork mentality and a drive to work with others to accomplish not only department, but credit union goals
- Be available to work during the week with rotating Saturdays
- Be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is complete and correct
- Accuracy and attention to detail are imperative
