Job Summary
Develop and market new business within the assigned service area while assisting borrowers with credit needs and formulating solutions. Make and service loans within delegated authority, conducting credit analyses of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows to ascertain creditworthiness. Perform loan servicing tasks including partial releases, subordination's, reamortizations, and collections on assigned loans. Ensure proper risk rating, accurate loss given defaults, and compliance with Association policies and procedures. Prepare loan closing packages and facilitate the closing process in accordance with applicable policies. Full-time in-office role in Perryton, Texas. Bachelor's degree and two years of loan officer experience required; agricultural background preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Two (2) or more years of loan officer, commercial lending, and/or sales experience
- Skill in oral and written communication
- Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate-level accounting/financial analyses under moderate supervision
- Full-time in office
- Perryton, Texas location
