Job Summary
Market for new loan customers and secure, process, and approve land and agricultural loan transactions. Supervise and service an existing loan portfolio while attending farm-related meetings sponsored by First South Farm Credit and other organizations. Promote strong customer relations and perform additional duties as required to meet business needs. Maintain daily attendance for a full, continuous 8-hour shift. Travel is required for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Agriculture discipline or equivalent education/experience
- Strong analysis skills

- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to be assertive and decisive in making sound business decisions
- Daily attendance on the job for a full, continuous 8-hour shift
