Job Summary
Loan Officer to be the key point of contact for Real Estate loan customers seeking to alter loan terms or with servicing enquiries. Manage a diverse pipeline across Loan Management, Expiry Management and Lending tasks, ensuring a high standard of customer journey and adherence to SLAs. Responsibilities include handling customer communications, coordinating with valuations and solicitors, reviewing ID and VA documentation per Financial Crime Procedures, processing post and enquiries, and ensuring accurate updates in systems. Requires strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and ability to build effective relationships with customers and 3rd parties, while delivering consistently excellent service in a fast-paced banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Proven track record of customer management and relationship development
- Knowledge of TCF in the banking industry
- Proven experience working within the Financial Services Sector
- Understanding and awareness of DPA and legislative requirements
- Ability to build productive relationship with 3rd party contacts
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills required including verbal and written
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
