Job Summary
Identify Joint Liability Groups and disbursed loans to match target customers/geographies. Drive business growth by developing and managing a team across assigned territories for market penetration. Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions. Oversee disbursement, repayment and delinquency management to achieve daily/weekly collections. Conduct regular field visits and centre meetings; maintain portfolio quality by tracking dues, non-starters, delinquencies and frauds. Build strong client relationships and brand visibility with customers. Ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centres. Fresher to a maximum of 5 years’ experience as a sales officer in microfinance; graduate in any discipline; basic understanding of Microfinance and JLG model preferred.
