Job Summary
The Loan Officer role focuses on achieving disbursement targets while managing delinquency. Responsibilities include identifying Joint Liability Groups, developing teams for market penetration, assessing potential client bases, managing disbursement and repayment processes, and maintaining portfolio quality by tracking dues and frauds. Strong client relationship management and a flair for sales are essential. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and ideally possess up to 5 years of experience in microfinance sales.

- Fresher to maximum of 5yrs experience as a sales officer in microfinance business
