Job Summary
The role involves achieving disbursement targets with minimal delinquency, identifying Joint Liability Groups and managing loan disbursements to target customers. Responsibilities include enabling business growth through team management, assessing client potential in new regions, managing disbursement, repayment and delinquency, and maintaining portfolio quality. Strong client relationships and regular field visits are essential. A graduate in any discipline is required with a preference for basic knowledge of Microfinance and JLG model.
Required Qualifications
- Fresher to maximum of 5yrs experience as a sales officer in microfinance business
- Relationship management, Business sourcing, Flair for sales, Understanding critical attributes of customer service
