Identify Joint liability Groups and disburse loans to meet daily/weekly collection targets while managing delinquency and repayment schedules. Conduct regular field visits, center meetings, and applicant follow-ups to assess client bases and drive geographical expansion. Maintain portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, non-starters, and frauds, and manage teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration. Build strong client relationships internally and externally to support brand identification. Requires a graduate degree with up to 5 years of sales experience in microfinance, including understanding of the JLG model.
