Job Summary
Identify Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans to suit target customers and geographies; enable business growth by developing and managing a team across assigned territories for deeper market penetration; assess potential client base and product acceptability for geographical expansion; manage disbursement, repayment and delinquency with daily/weekly collections targets; conduct regular field visits and center meetings; maintain portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds; build strong client relationships and brand identification with potential customers; ensure weekly/daily meetings and visits to centers.
Required Qualifications
- Education Graduate in any discipline
- Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business
- Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred
- Key Skills: Relationship management, Business sourcing, Flair for sales, Understand critical attributes of customer service
