Job Summary
Ensure achievement of disbursement targets while managing delinquency effectively. Identify and manage Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) to optimize loan disbursement for target customers across various geographies. Foster business growth through team management and market penetration strategies. Assess client base and product acceptability for geographical expansion. Responsible for disbursement, repayment, and delinquency management, while achieving collection targets. Conduct field visits and maintain strong client relationships to build brand identification. Required skills include relationship management, business sourcing, and understanding customer service attributes.
Required Qualifications
- Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp + as a sales officer in microfinance business
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred.
