Job Summary
Loan Officer - Retail Microfinance (MFB) responsible for achieving disbursement targets with minimum delinquency by identifying Joint Liability Groups, disbursed loans, and expanding operations across territories. Tasks include disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, daily/weekly collections, field visits and centre meetings, maintaining portfolio quality, and building strong client relationships to support business growth. Candidates should have a graduate degree and 0–5 years of sales/microfinance experience; strong relationship management, sales flair, and customer service skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fresher to maximum of 5 years exp as a sales officer in microfinance
- Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be preferred
