Loan Officer Recruiter role focused on growing C2 Financial’s originator network by identifying, engaging, and recruiting experienced loan officers. Responsibilities include sourcing via LinkedIn, industry events, referrals and mortgage data sources; building and maintaining a candidate pipeline; conducting discovery conversations; guiding candidates through licensing, agreements, and onboarding; coordinating with licensing, compliance, technology, and onboarding teams; and presenting C2’s value proposition (100+ wholesale lenders, technology platform, compensation, and culture). Ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting/sales, strong communication, high-volume outbound outreach, CRM-based activity management, and mortgage industry familiarity. Location is San Diego, CA HQ with remote or hybrid options considered for the right candidate.
