Loan Officer

Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans while discussing and advising clients on home loan options. Review residential loan application files to ensure data completeness and adherence to establishment standards regarding borrower assets, liabilities, and employment history. Informs supervisors of discrepancies in title or survey findings. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requires a current, valid NMLS license and appropriate state licensing in good standing.
