Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans while reviewing residential loan files to ensure data completeness and adherence to establishment standards. Discuss home loan options with clients and advise on their specific needs. Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and internal departments to serve as a liaison, ensuring cohesive business flow. Inform supervisors of discrepancies in title or survey and make sound judgments on credit decisions and funding issues. Maintain confidentiality while prioritizing workload and handling detailed assignments. Requires a current, valid NMLS license and applicable state licensing, with two to five years of experience preferred. May be required to travel.
