Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans by discussing client home loan options and reviewing residential loan files to ensure data completeness and adherence to establishment standards. Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey. Requires current, valid NMLS license and appropriate state licensing in good standing. Two to five years of experience are preferred.
