Loan Officer

Discuss and advise clients on home loan options while verifying, compiling, and inputting application information for mortgage loans. Review residential loan application files to ensure data completeness and adherence to establishment standards regarding borrower assets, liabilities, and employment length. Informs supervisors of discrepancies in title or survey and performs other related duties as assigned. Requires a current, valid NMLS license and appropriate state licensing in good standing. Two to five years of experience is preferred.
