Job Summary
Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans while discussing and advising clients on home loan options. Review residential loan application files to ensure data completeness and adherence to establishment standards, including borrower assets, liabilities, and employment history. Informs supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey and performs other related duties as assigned. Requires a current, valid NMLS license and appropriate state licensing in good standing.
