Job Summary
Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans by discussing client home loan options and reviewing residential loan files to ensure data completeness and adherence to establishment standards. Assess borrower assets, liabilities, and employment length, and inform supervisors of any discrepancies in title or survey. Requires a current, valid NMLS license and appropriate state licensing in good standing. Two to five years of experience is preferred. This fully remote position is part of PRMG, a company built by and for originators with a culture focused on supporting Originator success.
