Job Summary
Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans while discussing and advising clients on home loan options. Review residential loan application files to ensure data completeness and adherence to establishment standards regarding borrower assets, liabilities, and employment history. Informs supervisors of discrepancies in title or survey and resolves service, credit decision, funding, and post-close issues using independent judgment. This role involves closing conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM loans across 49 states, including jumbo, portfolio, and construction products. Candidates must hold a current, valid NMLS license and meet specific funding volume or training requirements. Based in Oahu with work-from-home options, the position offers access to non-QM programs, in-house training, and a technology stack designed for originators.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
- Must have applicable state licensing
- Must also meet one of the following 3 options: Actively funding more than 2 loans/month, or Xinnix Training completion for Loan Origination required, or Origination mentor assigned to new Loan Officer by branch who funds more than 2 loans/month

- Two to five years' experience are preferred
