Loan Officer

Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of loan applications for individuals and businesses. Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their needs and offer tailored lending products. Guide customers through the loan process from application to closing by analyzing financial data, credit reports, and collateral to assess risk and determine appropriate terms. Maintain knowledge of loan regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance while working collaboratively with underwriting, credit, and operations teams. Participate in community outreach and business development activities to grow the bank's presence. This role is based at our Chillicothe location and supports first-time homebuyers and local entrepreneurs in accessing financing to grow and thrive.
