Job Summary
Loan Officer responsible for developing and maintaining relationships for commercial, construction, and agriculture loans; makes decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits or recommendations to the Loan Committee; monitors current loans for compliance; provides financial advice to customers; calls on potential or current customers to develop new business or retain current business; administers or refers customers to bank financial services products; solicits new loans and deposits; extends credit within loan limits; refers to loan committee for outside authority; cross-sells non-bank products; services existing customer accounts; performs regular reviews of credits; maintains confidentiality and adheres to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s Degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- A valid driver�s license
- Satisfactory credit and criminal background check
