Job Summary
The Loan Officer HLC is responsible for increasing mortgage loan production by developing relationships in the real estate community and making sales calls to prospective customers. Key responsibilities include attracting new applications, reviewing and processing loans, providing excellent customer service, pre-qualifying applicants, maintaining communication with borrowers, and ensuring confidentiality of loan information. The role requires strong oral and written communication skills, customer service aptitude, and sound judgment with financial evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Registration with NMLS

- Prior mortgage sales experience is preferred
