Job Summary
The Loan Officer plays a critical role in the mortgage banking firm by conducting consultations with clients to assess their mortgage eligibility and financial goals. Key responsibilities include educating clients on mortgage products, assisting in application completion, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with lending guidelines. The position requires maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, generating loan prospects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate loan processes. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years of experience in Mortgage lending or related field
- NMLS License
