Job Summary
Launch or grow a mortgage career through Zillow’s Loan Officer Development Program in Overland Park, KS. Work with Premier Loan Officers to deliver a seamless loan origination process from pre-approval to closing, engage with borrowers and real estate agents, respond to inquiries, and input contracts and documentation. Participate in a phased four-month learning plan including SAFE licensing prep and mentorship, with the goal of transitioning into a Loan Officer role within four months. This in-office role emphasizes customer experience, compliance, and collaboration to support loan movement and a world-class borrower experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to obtain SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license within 90 days of hire
