Job Summary
The Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage journey, building relationships and providing expert advice on loan options. Responsibilities include managing the loan process from application to closing, staying informed on market trends and compliance requirements, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The role requires at least 2 years of recent experience in loan origination, an active MLO license, strong analytical skills, and proven relationship management capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS
- Proven track record of successful loan origination supported by an established referral network
- Ability to manage a consistent loan pipeline effectively
